the stay was absolutely perfect 10/10. i booked an a double room, it was top-class and had central heating, pay tv and a refrigerator. the service here was great. the continental breakfast was free and satisfactory, appreciated its service.

The staff here are really friendly and always willing to help out. 🌟 You can enjoy a generous free breakfast with a variety of Western options to choose from. Plus, there's complimentary LAN internet available for guests to use.

Good-sized and brand-new rooms with comfy twin bed. Bathtubs in the bathroom. The staff were very very helpful and the design was modern. Particularly good location short walk to the tram line, diagonally opposite the Chudenmae stop on the # 1 line from JR Hiroshima, nice views. Also, right across the street from tram to the station.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. With prices starting at 6,500 yen for a single room, including breakfast, it's hard to find a better deal.

room was small (as common in Japan), but breakfast was really delicious:) close to Hirosima sightseeing but far from train station (20 min by tram, but 45 min walk - we arrived at midnight so trams didn´t go)

The service was excellent, we arrived more than 2 hours before check-in and we were given a room for immediate use without asking.

The coffee at breakfast was good, but unfortunately the choice of food was very limited.

Stayed last xmas and had a comfortable time. The free breakfast buffet had a lot of options and I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits and yogurt. The staff were friendly and helpful with directions to nearby attractions like the Peace Park and convenience stores.

The rooms were quite small and cramped which was not ideal for a holiday stay. the laundry service was very expensive - the most expensive one we encountered during our trip.

- good location next to peace park (of course this means it is a bit far from JR station) - good breakfast - double room size is ok for japanese standard - good value for money

- bathroom is small even for japanese standard

A very nice hotel, helpful staff, location convenient for tram line to and from station and Peace park.

I stayed at this hotel for a short visit and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The room, although on the smaller side, had all the basic amenities I needed and the twin beds were comfortable. Additionally, the view of Sakura Jima from the room was a nice bonus. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with the tram stop just a two-minute walk away, allowing easy access to explore the city. The included breakfast was a great start to the day, with a variety of options to choose from.

My stay at this hotel was great and there were no major issues.

Breakfast included in the price, location just around the corner from the Peace Memorial Museum, tram/street car stop right outside the door, quiet room (although right outside the lift), clean

No English channels on the TV (just one would be nice).

There were no real showstoppers, it was an okay hotel experience

The room had a slightly funny smell - like the carpet or some other textile was too old and needed replacement. Our room at least would need a proper renovation soon, it seemed a bit overdue.
